RECEPTION & GUEST EXPERIENCE
▪ 8-hour structured shift (morning/evening rotation)
▪ Guest check-ins & check-outs (Website / booking handling)
▪ Handling walk-ins, queries & basic sales conversion
▪ Managing WhatsApp, calls & booking coordination
▪ Maintaining guest records & daily reports
▪ Ensuring smooth guest experience & issue resolution
▪ Supporting community interactions & hostel vibe

CAFE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS
