YOGA VACATION is Bunk Stay’s signature week-long reset in Rishikesh — designed for travelers who want real practice, clean rhythm, and space to slow down without “ashram intensity.” Expect daily yoga and breath-led sessions, calm mornings, nourishing Ayurvedic-style meals, and free afternoons to rest, explore the Ganga, cafés, and quiet trails.
This is a deeper version of the weekend reset: more time to settle, more consistency, more integration. You’ll be held by a simple rhythm — practice, eat light, sleep well, and come back to yourself — while still enjoying the social, grounded hostel community.
