Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1) Scope
This policy applies to bookings made with Bunk Stay for:
• Stays / Rooms / Dorm beds
• Yoga programs & retreats (Yoga Weekend, Yoga Vacation, festival retreats)
• Workshops & sessions (yoga classes, breathwork, sound healing, events)
• Activities & travel experiences (day trips / curated packages)
Policies may vary slightly for specific products; the product page/booking confirmation is the final reference.
2) Booking Confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (full or deposit) and receipt of a confirmation email/WhatsApp message.
• Bookings are subject to availability and house guidelines.
3) Pricing & Taxes
• Prices are shown per person or per room, as stated on the product page.
• Applicable taxes/fees (if any) are added at checkout or included where mentioned.
4) Payments
• Full payment may be required for some products (especially peak dates and retreats).
• Where offered, deposit bookings secure your seat/room; the balance must be paid by the deadline shared in confirmation.
A) Stays (Rooms / Dorms)
5) Changes & Date Shifts
• Date changes are allowed subject to availability and may have a price difference.
• Changes close to check-in may be treated as a cancellation (see below).
6) Cancellation & Refunds (Stays)
Unless your rate plan says otherwise:
• More than 7 days before check-in: refund of amount paid minus payment gateway charges (if applicable)
3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before check-in / no-show / early checkout: no refund
B) Retreats / Packages (Yoga Weekend, Yoga Vacation, Festival Retreats)
7) Cancellation & Refunds (Retreats)
• Because retreat seats are limited and arrangements are pre-planned:
• More than 14 days before start: refund minus 10% admin fee (and gateway charges if applicable)
7 to 14 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start / no-show / leaving early: no refund
8) Transfers (Retreats)
• You may transfer your booking to a future retreat date (one-time) if requested at least 7 days before start, subject to availability.
• Transfers may include a price difference.
C) Workshops / Classes / Sound Healing (Calendar bookings)
9) Cancellation & Refunds (Workshops/Classes)
• More than 24 hours before start: full refund minus gateway charges (if applicable)
• Within 24 hours: no refund (but one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion)
D) Activities / Day Trips / Travel Experiences
10) Cancellation & Refunds (Trips)
• More than 72 hours before start: refund minus 10% admin fee
• Within 72 hours: no refund (because guides/logistics are locked)
• Weather/route conditions may cause itinerary changes; in such cases we’ll offer the best alternative possible.
11) Refund Processing Timeline
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval (bank/payment timelines may vary).
12) Force Majeure / Safety
If an experience is cancelled by Bunk Stay due to safety, weather, government restrictions, or events beyond control:
• You can choose a full credit for a future date, or a refund (minus non-recoverable gateway charges, if applicable).
13) House Rules & Conduct
Bunk Stay is a community space. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay/program for conduct that disrupts safety, respect, or house guidelines. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
14) Contact for Changes / Cancellations
All cancellations or changes must be requested via:
• Email / WhatsApp / the platform you booked through (as mentioned in your confirmation).
