What work does our Volunteership entail?
Being a volunteer in BunkStay, you’re expected to daily meet new guests, forge genuine connections, understand their reasons to travel to the hostel, discover fast friends and curate exciting activities, epic events and create unforgettable memories while hosting them.
No prior experience is needed—bring your can-do spirit and excellent people skills and let the adventure begin!
Welcoming the Guests
Get ready to welcome guests, introduce them to the hostel, its events, nearby things to do and assist them in solving their queries.
Hosting live events
Unleash your talents in music or comedy, or collaborate with local artists and musicians to bring live performances to your hostel on weekends.
Building community engagement
Create extraordinary tours, walks, hikes, and excursions for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience
Creating experiences
Foster a vibrant environment where travellers can connect, share stories, tag us and each other on social media and make lasting memories.
Eligibility criteria
Do you have a passion for meeting new people, exploring exciting destinations and becoming part of a lively community?
Artist
Budding artist (photographers/videographers, singers, musicians, comedians, any other art form etc.) with inherent people management skills
Individuals
Individuals who are experienced, matured professionals on a career break and looking to dis-connect from daily hustle & meeting like-minded travellers
Language
Flexible with pan-India movement, fluent in English/Hindi & have a self inclination towards hospitality & travel
