By the end of this Level 1 training, participants will be able to:

  • understand the core principles of sound healing

  • explain basic concepts such as vibration, resonance, rhythm, and silence

  • explore the roots of sound through Nada Yoga and traditional practice

  • identify and use basic sound healing instruments appropriately

  • understand the role of sound in relaxation, grounding, and meditative awareness

  • structure a short 15–30 minute sound relaxation session

  • hold space with more sensitivity, safety, and presence

  • recognize basic contraindications, boundaries, and ethical considerations
